WHAT WE DO

Supporting Those Who Serve

Equipping, restoring, and repurposing first responders and their families.

10-42 Project exists to walk alongside first responders and their families through intentional programming, trusted partnerships, and long-term relational support.

We recognize the weight carried by those who serve, and we believe they deserve support that is proactive, restorative, and sustainable.

Our work is built around three guiding pillars:

Equip. Restore. Repurpose.

Together, these pillars shape everything we do.

Our Approach

Everything we do flows through three core pillars:

Equip

We proactively strengthen resilience and leadership through academy engagement, speaking, training conversations, and mentorship.

We normalize dialogue around mental health, faith, identity, and sustainable leadership before crisis takes hold.

Restore

We create space for healing and connection through retreats, outdoor experiences, and equine therapy in partnership with GodSpeed Equine at Victory Ranch.

These restorative environments allow first responders and families to breathe, reflect, and reconnect.

Repurpose

We help first responders rediscover identity beyond the uniform.

Through faith-anchored community and long-term relational support, we encourage renewed purpose — personally, spiritually, and professionally.

Equine Therapy at Victory Ranch

A key part of our restoration work is our partnership with GodSpeed Equine.

At Victory Ranch, first responders and their families participate in equine therapy experiences designed to foster trust, emotional processing, confidence, and healing.

This partnership represents the heart of our mission: community collaboration rooted in purpose.

The Impact

Behind every initiative is a story.

The true measure of our work is found in the voices of those we walk alongside.

Shared Voices

Our work extends beyond in-person programming.

Through the Shared Voices podcast, we elevate stories, highlight leaders, and explore conversations that matter to first responders, families, and the broader community.

Recorded at Victory Ranch, Shared Voices expands the reach of the mission through meaningful dialogue.

More Than Programs – Ongoing Support

What we do is not a single event or moment.

It is consistent, relational engagement built on trust, faith, and long-term commitment to those who serve.

If you believe first responders and their families deserve intentional support, we invite you to explore our programming or get involved.
