The 2nd Annual Strength in Faith Conference is a one‑day gathering created exclusively for first responders: law enforcement, EMS, firefighters, dispatchers, correctional staff, chaplains, and spouses, who carry the physical, emotional, and spiritual weight of serving their communities. Held on November 7, 2026, in Pleasant Hill, Iowa, this year’s conference centers on the theme “Finding Your Identity in Jesus,” anchored in Galatians 2:20, a verse that reminds us that true identity is found not in trauma, duty, or the demands of the job, but in Christ alone.

The conference provides a space where first responders can step away from the pressures of service and enter an environment shaped by faith, encouragement, and restoration. Through worship, testimony, teaching, and fellowship, attendees are invited to reconnect with God, rediscover their purpose, and find strength that cannot be shaken by the challenges of the profession.
